Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Augusta with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in Georgia may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (706) 560-2722. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 486 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Augusta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Augusta peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great seafood location for blue crab π¦ trays, shrimp trays, & crableg trays. Only had one bad experience with crabs spoiled but things happen. I will continue to buy and support them. Overall great crabs π¦.

They give you more food then other places but the legs have every little meat if any sometimes. Then they tell you to microwave it. Sometimes it's overcooked. But I do like the corn and season and butter. The cakes are good too.

Wow! You donβt really think of great seafood when you think of Augusta but times have changed! This crab spot truly nailed it. The seafood was very fresh and everything was seasoned to perfection. I couldnβt decide what I liked most. I recommend the lobster, snow crab, shrimp and the clams. Everything was served in a delicious garlic butter sauce with an amazing seasoning sprinkled on top. The only thing that upset me was the delivery lady spilled almost all of the butter! I was so mad at her but that wasnβt the restaurants fault. I really was amazed by just how good this place is. Follow me on ig @sweet_maloy. Bottom line is I would definitely return! #askSweet

I am not only dissatisfied but disappointed. The food was massively salty. You could see the salt. It was a complete overkill. Also the woman working there was unprofessional and unpleasant. No regard to customer service. Fankly I'll never eat here again. (Try the Juicy Crab)
